To purchase goods on Les Sagas you create an account with PayPal. You are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please log into your account to make the necessary changes. If you encounter problems during this process, notify us immediately at [email protected]. 
The password you choose must be kept secure and in case of a security breach or an unauthorized use of your account you must notify Les Sagas.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Les Sagas offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch.
Prices shown on Les Sagas are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. 
This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. 
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Les Sagas will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Most cards are accepted such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Les Sagas. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Les Sagas, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, this is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

You have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 15 days of reception of the goods by email at [email protected]. For orders cancelled within the 15- day period, we will issue you with a refund or store credit (including the shipping cost). However, you will need to return the entire order to us in good condition. Information on returns can be found in our FAQ.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, from the original delivery country. 
We recommend that you insure the return shipment of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds and store credits will be issued within 10 days of us receiving back the goods in impeccable condition. Items should be returned unused and with all Les Sagas and other tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a store credit refused. Where provided, any packaging such as dust bags, and other tags should be included with your return.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
• All orders require a signature upon receipt.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

INSURANCE
Les Sagas insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All goods are mentioned on the site with 21% VAT included.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Once you’ve clicked ‘ADD TO CART’ you will arrive at the checkout page where you will see a review of what is in your cart. Here you have the chance to proceed the checkout process by clicking the ‘CHECKOUT’ button or continue shopping by clicking the ‘products’ button.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains information about your order and payment details. Upon receipt of this email we will have charged your credit card.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items should be in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, another customer can still buy it until you have completed your order.
If the product you wish to buy is out of stock you can click here to send us an email ([email protected]) if you want to get notified if this product is back in stock.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT LES SAGAS
We use PayPal as secure payment service provider. This is one of the best and safest ways to use your credit card over the internet and all orders are processed through these secure checkout systems provided by our payment service providers.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner Bpost Business, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt.
Delivery costs will be displayed on your cart. You can find delivery costs and approximate delivery terms listed by country above.
It is not possible to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery propositions by Bpost.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Les Sagas to the shipping address. Once they have been signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details. We do not automatically provide you with a tracking number. Please send an email to [email protected] if you wish to receive a tracking number.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
We require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I AM NOT AT HOME?
The package will be delivered at your door. When no one is home there will be left a note in your mailbox, saying you can pick up your package and sign for it at your nearest post office or ask for a second passage at the same address.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You can return or exchange any item within a period of 15 days. Send an email to [email protected] if you wish to return an item. We will reply, providing you all the details on how to go about returning an item.
The shipping cost for returns will be charged to the customer. You also have the possibility to bring back the goods to our store Galerie Bortier, 11, 1000 Brussels.

CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND?
You can choose to ask for a refund. If you wish to get a refund, please send an email to [email protected]. We will refund the amount of your order or offer you a store credit.
Notice! We do not offer refunds on orders purchased during a promotion. In this case we offer you store credit for the amount of your original order. Note that in this case, shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

HOW CAN I GET A GIFTWRAP

WHAT IF I NEED AN INVOICE?
Write us a mail at [email protected] with subject INVOICE and all invoice information, and we will send you an invoice for the sold goods by mail.
